Francesco's talk

Detailed timing:

12:02 start of the talk

12:05 start p.6

12:07 start p.9

12:14 start p.15

12:17 start p.18

12:22 start p.21

12:29 start p.29

12:33 end of talk

-> 31 minutes -- need to reduce the amount of material a bit: we discussed to shorten the low energy part, where some of the results presented are not new and to not discuss the angular analysis, which would take quite some time to explain (it was already skipped in the rehearsal, so would add additional time if kept)

Comments on the slides:

p.17:

-Flavors -> Flavor

p.19:

-Fix the notation: R(K), proper superscript for q^2, ...

p.21:

-The formulae are a bit blurry, can this be fixed?

-Fix table entry for R(Xe/mu), and it would be nice to have hyperlinks for the papers

-Table heading: BELLE/BELLE II -> Belle II if no results from BELLE

-Angular analysis: D->D*

p.23:

-Could you make more clear which type of B are used in which measurement?

p.24:

-It would be nice to have better resolution for plots? and/or increase their size

p.25:

-Quote the journal reference for the FEI paper

p.27:

- Just a note: Belle II result included here is not the newest, there has been a slight change in number

p.29:

-Clarify the notation for the lepton thresholds

p.31:

-Add reference for SM expectation

p.33:

-Accepted by PRL

Shun's talk

Timing:

12:53 start of talk

13:07 end of talk

-> 14 min -- perfect, you can use the extra minute to explain in a bit more detail in a few places (it would be nice to explain the upper plot on p.8 a bit more)

Comments on the slides:

p.3:

-The alpha looks a but cryptic, you could change to 362 fb-1 (Run1) + 100 fb-1 (Run2)

p.5:

-results -> reconstruction methods

p.6:

-Add a reference to the paper

-Paper is published, please pick up the plot without "preliminary" and update the results to those in the paper

p.7:

-Add a reference

-Add a definition for ACP

-Factorize out the uncertainty for f+-/f00 as this can be then better used for further discussion (such as future sensitivity), so really have (5.1 ± 2.0 ± 1.0 ± 1.1 ( f+-/f00))%

p.8:

-Add a reference

-Fix the phrasing of the first bullet point (it looks like a mix of two points)

-Lower figure is missing a legend

p.10:

-Give also the expected results in addition to observed results (significance and upper limit)

p.11:

-Add a reference

p.13:

-You could add a comment that the B factories are very good for many of the analyses presented here (most of them tend to be difficult for LHCb given the final states with neutrals or missing energy).

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
