DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Belle II Academy will take place in Blaubeuren (Baden
 -Württemberg).Registration deadline: 28.02.2026\n\nThe German Belle II gr
 oups organize their fifth Belle II Academy\, aimed at PhD students\, early
  postdocs\, and advanced master students\, with kind support of the German
  Ministry of Research\, Technology and Space. The academy takes place from
  Sunday\, Mai 03 evening to Thursday\, May 07 2026 noon at Tagungszentrum 
 Blaubeuren near Ulm.\n \nThe school will cover two main parts with practi
 cal exercises:\n\nSoftware Workshop (Giacomo de Pietro\, Alexander Heidelb
 ach\, Thomas Kuhr)\nHardware Workshop (Sebastian Laudage\, Ilias Tsaklidis
 \, Florian Bernlochner)\n\n \nAdditionally\, there will be further import
 ant topics for students and young scientists: \n\nEvening lectures on the
  organization of Belle II and documentation resources (Thomas Kuhr\, Giaco
 mo de Pietro)\nEvening lectures on Entrepreneurship  (Dominik Domnik)\nEv
 ening Workshop on Presentation Skills (Sascha Vogel)\nA Team-Event: Explor
 ing the surrounding nature and learning about the geography of this intere
 sting area during a guided hike and a social evening at the campfire (Ilia
 s Tsaklidis\, Ana Luisa Moreira de Carvalho\, Veronika Kratzer)\n\n \nWe 
 booked double hotel rooms for you. So you will share a room with another p
 articipant. The cost for the stay\, breakfast and food will be around 500 
 € per person and will be payed by you directly on site. There will also 
 be an additional conference fee of 50 € for each participant. You will r
 eceive payment information closer to the academy.The travel is self-organi
 zed. You should check with your supervisor that you can have the money re
 imbursed afterwards by your home institute.There might be some additional 
 cost for on-site or off-site activities during the social events (e.g. ent
