Board development (Travis)

• Ordered a single channel ADC this morning which should arrive by the end of this week;
• There wasn't much development since thanksgiving break, but will have time to work on board development during the remainder of this week;
• It should be fine to use VME crates to provide the power, in which case we can reuse the old circuitry from the Belle bubbler boards.

Update from KEK (Seema)

• Will check the conditions of the old VME crates at KEK today (according to Sumisawa-san they are too old and power hungry due to inefficiency)
