Virginia Tech is served by the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, which is under one hour by car from the university. The Smart Way shuttle bus runs between the airport and the VT campus ("Maroon Loop Bay 1") but service is limited on weekends. The campus bus stop is within walking distance of the Inn at Virginia Tech, the Hyatt Place, and the campus dorms.
Airport ride-shares: Contact the organizers if you are willing to provide a seat in your rental car or if you need a seat in someone's car.
Directions to VT if you plan to drive instead of fly.
The hotels are adjacent to campus. However, if you need to park on campus, a visitor parking permit will be made available for you.
