Meeting: The meeting venue is D-406 in the D-block 4th floor of TIFR, which has the requisite audio-visual facility. We will ensure that all participants are maintaining proper physical distance and wearing mask throughout the meeting, especially when there is more that one person in the room. Participants are expected to attend the online lectures on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Offline surgery sessions on physics analysis and detector performance are arranged on Tuesday and Wednesday. Details on these sessions can be found at the password-protected indico page.
Accommodation: The organisers will strive to accommodate each participant in a single bedroom with attached bath in the TIFR guest-house keeping in mind the COVID-19 pandemic norms. If anyone wishes to stay in the hotel, they should let the organisers know so that a proper booking can be made taking the budget into consideration.
Food: QR codes will be shared with the participants so that they can take breakfast and lunch in either of the two canteens of TIFR by flashing these codes at the counter. The participants are expected to take care of their dinners.
