        Setting your sights on the target, coming to rest within yourself in order to let go at the decisive moment - intuitive archery requires more than just strength.

        After a professional introduction by our trained outdoor park instructors, the participants take up bow and arrow themselves. In addition to fun, this experiential educational offer deals with topics such as concentration, deceleration, goal setting, dealing with frustration and ambition.

        Join our Watercolor Workshop for beginners! You'll create three scenes: a mountain landscape, a sunset galaxy mountain view, and an ocean view from above. I'll guide you step by step, but there's plenty of room for your own creativity. No prior skills needed, we'll start with the basics and build up from there (and don't worry, in watercolor, the paint has a mind of its own, so perfection isn't the goal!).

        All materials are included in the registration fee, and there's enough paper to retry. Don't miss the chance to explore watercolor painting!

        Join us for one-hour of beginner-friendly Dancing Workout Workshop, where the rhythms of salsa, merengue, hip-hop and african beats will make you forget all your worries. This course requires no prior knowledge of dancing, so if you want to learn basic steps for any of the dancing styles above or have a nice cardio workout, this is just the opportunity for you. We will start with warm-up, move onto a more intensive part and finish with the cool down exercises. Get ready for an occasional battle to spice things up.
        This workshop will take place in an inside hall in a neighboring building to where the prior program takes place. We would like to ask you to bring sports clothes and trainers for inside use.
